Nunoya SL does not receive nor store on our server or computers our customer’s credit card details.
When a purchase is made your order is sent to us together with your billing & shipping details.
Your credit card details are entered into a secure page and are transmitted directly to the Spanish bank network CECA1 using advanced encryption technology. Your card is then verified and you will receive either a confirmation or denial message.
When your card is verified and accepted Nunoya will know your name, the purchase amount, order number and credit card acceptance number. Nunoya will not have access to your credit card number.
To use the Nunoya online shop you will need to provide an email address and a password to create a customer account. This is used by us for order confirmation messages and other correspondence regarding your account. This also speeds the buying process for any subsequent visits as you would not be required to enter again your contact/billing details.
Note: The password you choose should not be the same as you use to access your email account.
Creating an account allows you to view your previous orders and you can even place items in your shopping basket but check out on a future visit. Note that in this case the items may no longer be in stock so it is always recommended to check-out in the same session as you placed the items in the basket.
You reserve the right to cancel your account at any time by email, telephone or fax. We will then delete your contact/billing information from our database.
